Save the both the images below that we are going to use and Go to colors- then Increase color , increase to 24bit

Select your retouch tool and scroll to color to target..the colors I used are #B5A490 skin..#732929 hair
..size 10 and opacity 50..#732929 lips..size 3 Opacity 10
Color skin and hair and lips and lightly add color to cheeks..copy and paste av as a new image
With the image you copied go to flaming pear - aetherize- settings are..blur 22..hues 61..colorize 8..haze 3.. dreaminess7..glue procedural+
click ok ..should look like pic below..

now take your original image that you colored and past it over the copy ..lower opacity to 60 and merge
next step..We are going to make this blonde a burnett..go to your retouch tool and select Darken RGB..setting is..round..size 10..
hardness 0..Opacity 100..step 25.. density100..go over hair until you reach the desired degree of darkness, this may take several times
Now we are going to apply the bg to the image..go to color and bring ur bg to 16 bit and then select the clone tool
right click in the corner of bg and place it on your image in the corner apply to image by left Click
go around girlm any where you want the bg to show ..see image below
copy and paste av as new image..go to effects..virtul photographer..settings are ..film #1..film speed 25ASA..
style..on and warm..hit process
Now we are ready to font your masterpiece..I used a large C.. font.GroudyHandtooledBT but ne large font will work
size 36 ..stroke color white..fill locked..apply.. then go to effects..3d effects..drop shadow
settings for drop shadow are..vertical 1..horizontal -1..opacity 100..blur 2.5 apply
for smaller font I used arial size 8..stroke locked..fill white. apply name then go back to drop shadow same as above
If you feel you need to soften your image go to effects and ns softner..settings are..radius 20..opacity 40..blend overlay
Now add your own finishing touches and walah your done
